NOVEMBER GIVEAWAY - GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions and rules which are accepted as final. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who do not comply with the terms and conditions.

About the Giveaway and who runs it

  • Network Digital Marketing Limited T/A Charity Worker Discounts are the promoter of this giveaway. It is being run in association with Hotpoint, The Company Shop, Away Resorts and Charlotte Tilbury but we are solely responsible for the giveaway’s administration, inquiries, or complaints. 
  • The giveaway is open to UK residents over the age of 18 except for employees of Network Digital Marketing Limited, their family members or anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway.
  • You do not have to pay a fee or make a purchase to enter this giveaway.

How to enter the Giveaway

  • If you want to enter the giveaway, you can enter via Email/Our Website/Our Social Media Channels e.g. Facebook /Instagram/Tiktok by doing what we ask you to do.
  • The winner will be chosen at random by Network Digital Marketing Limited.
  • The winner then be contacted and asked to provide their full name, contact number, email address and home delivery address (if applicable) for us to get the prize to them.
  • The winner must be a member of Charity Worker Discounts. Our giveaways are for members-only, so please log in to your account, or register as a new member to be in with a chance of winning.
  • We will accept no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, late or unable to be submitted because of any technical error or other reason. Proof of submission is not accepted as proof of receipt by us.
  • The winner will be contacted by Charity Worker Discounts by email within 14 days of the closing date of the giveaway. Should Charity Worker Discounts be unable to contact the winner, or the winner does not respond within 7 working days, Charity Worker Discounts reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  • Prize could take between 3-6 weeks to arrive to the winner depending on the partner.

Closing date

  • Entries must be made before midnight on 30.11.2022
  • Entries received after this date will not be included in the giveaway.

Your information

  • By entering the giveaway, you consent to give us your information (which will include Personal Data as part of the giveaway) to administer the giveaway and agree that we can use it to announce the winner on our Blog and our social media pages, promote similar future giveaways and organise delivery of your prize, all according to our Privacy Policy at https://www.charityworkerdiscounts.com/privacy-policy and current UK data protection legislation which applies in the UK. We will also share your information with Hotpoint, The Company Shop, Away Resorts and Charlotte Tilbury to organise delivery.
  • This giveaway is open to UK residents only.
  • The giveaway is limited to 1 entry per member.
  • By entering this giveaway, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions.
  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any public material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.

This Prize Draw entitles one winner to the chance of winning a £250.00 voucher to be redeemed before the 31st of December 2023. Open to all persons aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. Visit the Away Resorts website for the full T&Cs.

  • This giveaway is open to all persons aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom
  • The Promoter is Away Resorts, Maylands Building, 200 Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 7TG
  • This prize draw is open for entry from the 1st-30th November 2022 inclusive. Entries must be received by 30th November 2022 at midnight
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received by the closing date for any reason
  • The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries by the closing date and will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the giveaway using the details provided to enter the promotion
  • The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternative (including exchange or refund) will be offered. The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up the specified prize
  • The winner’s personal data will be shared with all prize providers to ensure fulfilment of the competition prize
  • Prize is subject to accommodation availability
  • Not applicable at Boston West Hotel, Gara Rock Hotel and Glendevon.
  • The holiday voucher can only be redeemed via the Away Resorts contact centre or partnerships team
  • The holiday voucher cannot be used against on-park spend
  • Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions
