• Terms and Conditions

  The Kiddies Kingdom eGift Card (“Gift Card”) is issued by Kiddies Kingdom and is redeemable for purchases made online and/or in-store, where applicable. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment for eligible products available at Kiddies Kingdom. If the order total exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an alternative payment method.
  Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and will not be reissued or refunded.
  Any unused balance can be used towards future purchases within the validity period. Balance enquiries can be made via our customer service team or through our website (where applicable).
  Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of monetary value, except where required by law.
  Kiddies Kingdom is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards. Replacement may only be issued at our discretion and subject to valid proof of purchase.
  Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards. They are non-transferable for value and may not be resold or used for any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
  If an order placed using a Gift Card is returned in accordance with our returns policy, any eligible refund will be credited back to the original Gift Card or issued as store credit.
  We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse Gift Cards that we reasonably suspect have been obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
