  • Valid for 2 years from the date of purchase or last use. Making a purchase or checking the balance restarts the 2 year period. Any balance remaining after this will be lost.
  • Can be redeemed in John Lewis and Waitrose shops in the UK and Channel Islands, and online at johnlewis.com, waitrose.com and dishpatch.co.uk.
  • Can be used as full or part payment. Any remaining balance can be used on future purchases. No change will be given.
  • The maximum gift card purchase is £510. To buy a higher value, please make multiple purchases.
  • Cannot be used to purchase gift cards, e-gift cards or financial products or services, or to pay off credit card balances.
