  • This is an e-gift card, delivered by email straight after payment. No physical card will be sent.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once issued, except where required by law.
  • Valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Any balance remaining after this will be lost.
  • Can be redeemed in person at any The Massage Company centre in the UK. Book your appointment online, then pay at the centre using your gift card. Prices vary by centre.
  • Can be used as full or part payment. Any remaining balance can be used on future purchases. No change will be given.
  • The maximum gift card purchase is £510. To buy a higher value, please make multiple purchases.
  • Massages can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge before close of business the day before. Changes on the day are charged at 50%, and cancellations within 1 hour or no-shows are charged in full.
  • Red light therapy, physiotherapy and stretch therapy need 24 hours' notice to cancel. Late cancellations and no-shows will lose the session.
  • You must be over 16 to book. Under 18s need a consultation form signed by a parent and must be supervised by a parent.
