You can use your gift card to pay for purchases on groceries.asda.com and on George.com, simply add the gift card number and the PIN in the gift card section at check out.

• Terms and Conditions

  Asda Gift Cards are issued for immediate use and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. Refunds are only available for Gift Cards purchased online at asdagiftcards.com and must be claimed within 14 days of receipt, in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations. Gift Cards may be used as full or part payment in Asda stores in the UK and online at groceries.asda.com and george.com, subject to exclusions. Gift Cards cannot be used at petrol stations or concession stores, or to purchase 1st stage baby milk, tobacco, postage stamps, e-cigarettes, other gift cards, lottery products, phone top-ups, online delivery passes, or items in Asda cafés. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, no change will be given, and balances cannot be converted into cash. Any remaining balance may be used for future purchases while the card remains valid. Transactions may only take place when the Gift Card is presented at checkout, and the balance remaining will be shown on the till receipt, which should be retained. Gift Cards are not credit, payment, or cheque guarantee cards, and no interest is paid on card balances. Please treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost, stolen, or faulty Gift Cards cannot be replaced unless they have been registered at asdagiftcards.com with your name and address. Where a registered Gift Card is reported lost or stolen, Asda may issue a replacement card with the balance remaining at the time of notification; if the card has already been used and no balance remains, a replacement will not be issued. Asda accepts no responsibility for unauthorised use of a Gift Card. Gift Cards will expire 2 years from the date of last use, after which any remaining balance will be lost. Funds held on Gift Cards are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) or the Financial Ombudsman Service, and Asda does not hold Gift Card balances separately from its own funds. Asda reserves the right to amend these terms, restrict usage, or discontinue the Gift Card scheme at any time, without affecting your statutory rights.
