Description

Gift Cards purchased after 24th June 2024 and e-Gift Cards can be used for full or part payment of eligible items in any Dunelm store or online at www.dunelm.com. Online, simply add your products to the basket then go through to checkout. Under payment options you will see ‘Redeem a Gift Card’. Select that and follow the onscreen directions to add your 19-digit card number and 4-digit PIN number. Then click ‘Apply Gift Card’.

Please note, you can only use one e-Gift Card per online transaction.

Gift Cards purchased prior to 24th June 2024 can only be used in Dunelm stores, they cannot be used online. These cards can be identified by a barcode that starts with the number 9.

You can use your Gift Card/e-Gift Card to buy most items. However, Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed against purchases using credit payment options such as (but not limited to) Creation, Klarna and PayPal.

Gift Card and e-Gift Card purchases and redemption are not eligible for cashback or other loyalty points incentive or donation schemes when redeemed at Dunelm or through any other third party service. When paying with a Gift Card or e-Gift Card in combination with another payment method, the other payment method may still qualify for cashback, please check the relevant service terms.
