This Harvey Nichols Gift Card is issued immediately once payment has been completed and, as it is available for use straight away, cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights. Gift cards may be used as full or part payment in Harvey Nichols stores in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, at the OXO Tower Restaurant, Bar and Brasserie, and online via the Harvey Nichols website; gift cards cannot be redeemed in international stores. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or used to purchase other gift cards or gift experiences, and sale promotions or discounts cannot be applied to the purchase or top-up of a gift card. No change will be given; any remaining balance may be used for future purchases until the card expires. Gift cards may be used across multiple transactions until the balance is fully depleted or the card expires, and the updated balance will be shown on receipts or displayed online. If the gift card balance does not cover the full transaction value, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method. Gift cards may be redeemed in Pound Sterling or Euros, however points will not be earned on purchases made using a gift card through the Rewards by Harvey Nichols loyalty programme. For gift card redemptions of £5,000 or more (or currency equivalent), Harvey Nichols will carry out customer due diligence checks. Any refunds for items purchased using a Harvey Nichols gift card will be credited back to a gift card in line with the Harvey Nichols Refund Policy; where multiple payment methods were used, the gift card portion will be refunded first. Please treat your gift card like cash; lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised gift cards may not be replaced or refunded, although remaining balances may be replaced at Harvey Nichols’ discretion if full card details are provided. Harvey Nichols reserves the right to cancel gift cards where payment is not received or fraud is suspected, to refuse cards believed to be tampered with or duplicated, and prohibits the resale of gift cards. Gift cards purchased in the UK expire 24 months from activation (defined as the date of purchase in-store or dispatch for online orders). Gift cards purchased in the Republic of Ireland expire 5 years from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance will be lost after expiry and partially redeeming a gift card does not extend the expiry period. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to use the full balance before expiry.
