Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law) and cannot be used to buy other Gift Cards. Gift Cards can be redeemed online at hotelchocolat.com, in Hotel Chocolat UK stores and at their restaurants, but cannot be used in franchise, concession or third-party stores. Gift Cards can be activated with a minimum value of £5 and hold up to a maximum of £5,000.
