Online purchase: When paying for your purchase at www.marksandspencer.com, select ‘Pay by Gift card’. Enter your Gift card number in the 'gift card number' section. Enter your PIN in the 'PIN' section

In-Store purchase: Print out your e-gift card or present it on your phone screen at the payment stage

  This M&S Gift Card / e-Gift Card is issued immediately once payment is completed. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once issued, except where required by law. Gift cards can be used as full or part payment in M&S stores in the UK, Eire, and the Channel Islands (including Outlets but excluding BP stores), and online at marksandspencer.com, subject to website terms and conditions.
