Gift cards purchased can only be redeemed in PRIMARK® stores in the country of purchase (excluding any Primark® concessions, including those in Selfridges stores).
The eGift card can be spent in-store by presenting it at the till, either on a mobile device, or printed out.

A Primark Gift Card becomes valid once it has been activated and paid for, and is redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise in Primark stores within the UK (including Northern Ireland). Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers, and no change will be given, though any remaining balance may be used for future purchases. The minimum amount to activate a Gift Card is £5 and the maximum is £200. There is no right to cancel an online Gift Card order after the card has been partially or fully used. The Gift Card will expire 24 months (2 years) after the last use or balance enquiry, after which any unused balance will be lost. Primark remains the owner of the Gift Card and cannot be held liable for cards that are lost, stolen, damaged or defaced. Funds on the card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, and in the unlikely event of insolvency of the issuer, some funds may not be available to spend. Primark reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions where reasonably necessary and will give reasonable notice where possible. The balance of a Gift Card can be checked in a Primark store at any till point or online via the balance checker. Other conditions apply for Gift Cards purchased online through the official partner (Voucher Express), including delivery terms, risk transfer upon delivery, prohibition on resale, no cash refunds if lost after delivery, and the legal jurisdiction of England and Wales governing the use of the Gift Card website.Powered by our trusted gift card partner, Tendr.
