You can redeem Theatre Tokens either:

Directly with the venue's box office (by email, phone, or in person) — find your nearest participating venue

Online at select venues — see full list

To redeem, you’ll need:

Your 16-digit Token Number

Your 4-digit PIN (under the scratch-off panel on back of your Token)

If redeeming in person, the theatre can scan your Token’s barcode/QR code.

You can use all or part of your Token balance. If your ticket costs more than your Token value, you’ll need to pay the difference with a debit/credit card.
