  These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter will be solely responsible for all administration, inquiries, or complaints relating to the Prize Draw, which can be sent by using the Contact Us Form or by post at the above address. Eligibility & Entry 3. By entering the Prize Draw, you (“Member”) will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them. 4. This Lookfantastic Grooming Advent Calendar Prize Draw runs during the period starting on 25th September 2026 and ending on 30th October 2026 (inclusive) (the “Prize Draw Period”). There will only be one Prize Draw winner in each Prize Draw Period. 11. The Prize Draw winner will be drawn within 7 working days of the end of the Prize Draw Period and will be selected at random. 12. The winner will be notified by the email held on their account within 7 working days of winner selection. The Promoter has the right to validate all prize claims and reject any claims not meeting all the terms and conditions. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid prize award took place.
